Terms & Conditions
1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the mutual rights and obligations between
ASPECTOR, s.r.o., Company ID 26506661,
with its registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky (Prague 13), 155 00 Prague, Czech Republic,
operating under the LamaPixel brand (the “Supplier”), and the client (the “Customer”).
2. Scope of Services
The Supplier provides in particular the following services:
- custom development of websites and e-shops,
- development of mobile applications,
- design and implementation of CRM and ERP systems,
- automation of business processes,
- brand identity, graphic design and UI/UX,
- management and hosting of WordPress solutions.
3. Formation of the Contractual Relationship
The contractual relationship is formed by signing a written contract or, alternatively, by confirming a price quote by email or by electronic signature. Every contract includes a Scope of Work specification (briefing), a timeline, and payment terms.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
- The price is set per individual quote and stated in CZK including VAT.
- Standard payment schedule: 50 % deposit on kickoff, 50 % balance on delivery.
- For long-term projects, monthly invoicing based on hours worked is possible.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
- In case of late payment, the Supplier is entitled to charge statutory default interest.
5. Deadlines and Cooperation
Delivery deadlines are binding only if the Customer provides on time all materials, access credentials, approvals and content. Delay on the Customer’s side automatically extends the deadline by the same period.
6. Delivery and Acceptance
The delivered solution is handed over for testing in an acceptance environment. The Customer has 20 business days to raise objections. The agreed price includes 2 rounds of revisions; feedback must be submitted in a single consolidated written batch with specific and unambiguous instructions. If the Customer raises no objections within the period, the work is deemed accepted without defect and the Supplier is entitled to issue the final invoice. Additional revisions beyond the agreed rounds are billed at the current hourly rate.
7. Warranty and Support
- The Supplier provides a standard 30-day warranty on the delivered solution from the date of acceptance, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
- The warranty covers functional defects of the code, not changes caused by third-party intervention, environment updates, hardware failure, or modifications by the Customer.
- Long-term maintenance, support and SLA with guaranteed response times are provided under a separate service agreement negotiated individually.
8. Copyright
All copyright in the source code, graphic designs and documentation transfers to the Customer upon full payment of the agreed price. Until then, the work remains the property of the Supplier. Third-party libraries used remain under their original licenses.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding all confidential information exchanged in the course of cooperation. The confidentiality obligation continues for 5 years after termination of the contractual relationship.
10. Withdrawal from the Contract
Withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal by the Customer after work has started, the Supplier is entitled to payment for work already performed and a proportional share of the project’s fixed costs.
11. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic having jurisdiction. These Terms are effective as of May 20, 2026.
