1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Process

• Identification and contact data – first name, last name, email, phone, company name.
• Content of communication – text of messages, attachments and inquiries sent via forms.
• Technical data – IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamp of visit.
• Cookies – see separate cookie settings.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

1. handling your inquiry and communication within a business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
2. complying with legal obligations – tax, accounting, archival (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
3. legitimate interest – website traffic analytics and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
4. marketing – only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Retention Period

We retain personal data only for the period strictly necessary: inquiry data for 3 years after last contact, invoicing data for 10 years under the Accounting Act, cookies according to your chosen settings (max. 30 days).

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy,
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
• erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) under Art. 17 GDPR,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability in a structured format,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• at any time withdraw your consent,
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share data with third parties except for providers of technical infrastructure (hosting, email services, analytics) to the extent strictly necessary and always under a data processing agreement. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.

7. Security

Access to personal data is protected by transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), strong passwords, two-factor authentication of administrator accounts, and regular security audits of the infrastructure.
